The tour
Each stop is a real screen in the system, and the time it actually costs you.
Your voice, written down once
Voice traits, words to use and avoid, audience, offers and goals live in one brief. Every draft after that is written from it, so nothing sounds generic and nothing gets invented.
Drafting is blocked until this brief is complete — no half-informed campaigns.
A full campaign, drafted for you
One button writes three subject line options, preview text and the full body from your Master Context. Industry templates list the facts a campaign needs so nothing is guessed.
Anything the system cannot verify is flagged for you, not filled in.
Risk scored before you ever read it
Every draft is scored 0–100 against universal, industry and jurisdiction rule libraries plus your own added rules, with the exact wording that triggered each finding and a safe rewrite offered.
Critical findings physically block a draft from reaching the approval queue.
One calendar, one queue, one click
See every campaign for every client by stage — Draft, Needs Approval, Approved, Staged, Sent. Drag to reschedule, approve in a click, and get an alert list of only what actually needs you.
Nothing is staged or sent without a human pressing approve.
Your client approves from their phone
A private link shows the full campaign, lets them comment, request a change or approve. Their decision lands back in your queue instantly, with a timestamped activity trail.
Change requests require a comment, so you never get a vague no.
Straight into Klaviyo, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
Approved campaigns are created as drafts inside the client's own email platform, with the audience already chosen and consent checked.
It creates drafts only. It never sends and never schedules a send.
Real numbers, in plain English
Opens, clicks and conversions are pulled from the platform that actually sent the campaign, then written up as what worked, what didn't and what to do next month, exportable as a PDF.
Any figure the platform does not report is shown as Not Supplied — never estimated.
What a week actually looks like
Monday, 10 minutes
Open the Command Center. Everything needing you is listed first. Approve, comment, or drag a campaign to a better date.
Midweek, 5 minutes
Approved campaigns are already staged as drafts in your email platform, with matching social posts cut from the same approved copy.
Month end, 5 minutes
Read one plain-English report built from recorded results, download the PDF, and approve next month's plan in a click.
Straight answers
Will it email my customers without me?
No. A human approves everything, and campaigns are only ever created as drafts inside your own email platform. The send button stays with you.
Does it sound like a robot wrote it?
Drafts are written from your Master Context — your voice traits, your phrasing, your words to avoid. If a fact isn't in your brief, it gets flagged rather than made up.
How much of my time does this take?
Around 30–90 minutes a week: review the queue, approve or comment, and read one monthly report.
What does it cost?
From NZ$950 a month plus GST, billed monthly in New Zealand dollars. Cancel from your billing page — no lock-in.
Do I need a new email platform?
No. Thrive connects to the one you already use — Klaviyo, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign — and stages drafts there.
Is it safe for regulated industries?
Every draft is risk scored against rule libraries for your industry and market, with an audit ledger recording who approved what and when. Consent basis and a working unsubscribe are confirmed before the first send.
Can I see it with my own business first?
Yes. Book a call and we will walk through your first campaign brief with you before you pay anything.
